  • Luxury vehicle transportation (one-way, round-trip, and hourly rentals)

  • Corporate transportation services

  • Corporate travel planning
  • Employee relocation services
  • Staff recreation programs
  • Car rental and mobility solutions

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice. Service availability is subject to vehicle availability, scheduling, and other operational factors.

4. User Obligations

You agree to use our Website and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the Website or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
  • Upload, transmit, or distribute any viruses, malware, or harmful code
  • Impersonate another person or entity or provide false information
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Website, servers, or networks connected to the Website
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Website or services
  • Use automated systems or bots to access the Website without permission
  • Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation

5. Booking and Payment Terms

5.1 Booking Process

Bookings can be made through our Website, WhatsApp, or by contacting us directly. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Limore Club. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion.

5.2 Pricing

All prices are quoted in the currency specified at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed. Additional charges may apply for:

  • Waiting time beyond the included period
  • Extra stops or route deviations
  • Airport parking fees and toll charges
  • Late-night or early-morning services
  • Special requests or additional amenities

5.3 Payment Methods

We accept multiple payment methods including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT). Payment terms will be specified at the time of booking. Full payment may be required before service delivery, depending on the booking type.

5.4 Booking Modifications

Modifications to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Contact us at least 24 hours in advance for modifications. We cannot guarantee that all modification requests can be accommodated.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation requests must be made by contacting us via WhatsApp or email at info@limore.club. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Cancellations 24 hours or more before service: Full refund to the original payment method
  • Cancellations less than 24 hours before service or no-shows: Non-refundable

Special event bookings, private jet charters, and yacht services may have different cancellation terms which will be communicated at the time of booking.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days for card payments, and 7-14 business days for bank transfers. Refund eligibility is determined by the timing of your cancellation request and our cancellation policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of Limore Club or its content suppliers and is protected by United Arab Emirates and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from our Website without our prior written consent, except as follows:

  • Your computer may temporarily store copies of materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials
  • You may store files that are automatically cached by your web browser for display enhancement purposes
  • You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the Website for your own personal, non-commercial use

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LIMORE CLUB, ITS AFFILIATES, AGENTS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE WEBSITE OR SERVICES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the use of our Website or services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or AED 1,000, whichever is greater.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may initiate legal proceedings in accordance with Section 10 (Governing Law).

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
